Why are you ‘trapped’ in an overweight body, for example?

The answer, of course, is that you are not ‘trapped’. You have simply thought yourself into being trapped – for some reason; 'I cannot help myself - I like food. No matter what I do I gain weight anyway. It must be my genes, or something.

Who cares about being fat? I like my beer and fast food. Everyone’s fat nowadays, so why should I care?'
 
Whatever your thought processes are, they are the reasons for you being in your current situation...
Nothing else... 

Are you really okay with being over-weight and risking – or having, all the health issues associated with carrying too much fat? Or are you just making excuses to yourself – to avoid doing anything about it?
"I have no skills for anything else. I have no time to try anything else. At least I have a job. Who cares, my job pays the bills. I would love to do something else, but…!"
Are you really okay with being a ‘slave’ to your job, or to your boss? To making do with what you have.

Or are you just making excuses to yourself – to avoid doing anything
about it?

Whatever your thought processes are, they are the reasons for you being in your current situation...  Nothing else.
Why are you ‘trapped’ in the boring drudgery of a 9 to 5 existence?

'Trapped' in a low-paid, or high-stress job - or 'trapped' in the illusion that a job, even one you may hate, is the only way to survive in the modern world?

The answer, of course, is that you are not ‘trapped’... You have simply thought yourself into being trapped

– for some reason...

 
If you want personal success in anything you desire… you have really to want it!

There is NO ‘Magic Pill’ that will instantly transform your life, or your body.  anyone else No matter what other affiliate and product vendors might suggest!

If you do nothing except sit back and wait for something to happen to make things better...nothing will happen to make things better.
 

For everything someone might think of as a problem, that is impossible to overcome, there will be others who see the same problem, as nothing more than a barrier to get over.

They will find a way to go over the barrier - or around it. -The difference between these two people is nothing more than mindset.
 

The same problem, the same circumstances...one person is Negative – "ah, I can't do that!" 

The other has a Positive approach – "ah, now, how can I do that?"

Changes for the better, in anyone's life, will not just happen.

They need to be made to happen.

Why do some people seem to have less challenges to overcome on their way to success, than you? The answer is...
 
Did they really have less challenges – or does it just appear that way? It is much more likely that they approached their challenges as learning opportunities to help them towards success – rather than problems to hinder them.

Which, of course is down to nothing more than mindset.
 

Self-belief is the key to achieving whatever you set out as your goal.

Without confidence in who and what you actually are, Personal Success (whatever than means to you) is going to be elusive.

It might be tantalizingly close on occasions, but unless you have the confidence in yourself to take the final step, you will always fall short.
 

Are you the type of person who can go to a party and quickly surround yourself with people who are interested in what you have to say? Do you have social confidence? If you do you already know the feeling of empowerment that being confident in yourself can give.
 
Is self-confidence not just a natural development, easy for some people to obtain, but near impossible for others?

Self-confidence is basically the result of risk-taking - and where the fear of failure is suppressed, either by training, or the outcome of trail and error, or perhaps even by sheer recklessness. So, in other words the type of self-confidence I'm taking about is learned and developed - not just restricted to those with an outgoing personality.

We all have different personality traits and needs and wants - this is the very essence of being human. But you will never learn – and grow, unless you occasionally take risks.

And remember you learn more from failures than from successes.

So, next time you feel uncomfortable about doing something – but, you would like to do it, think of it as just an experience to be gained, as part of your personal development... And then just do it!

And the more you do this – the more you experience (good and bad) the greater your self-confidence will grow.                  This applies to virtually everything.
